Tomorrow marks the beginning of the SELFxTIU 8-Week Fitness Challenge! The last 8-week fitness challenge I did was the Bikini Series, and it worked wonders! I became stronger, leaner, and more toned. I have more energy, and I made AMAZING girlfriends through the TIU community. It's not too late to join!
One thing I did to help me meal prep (a huge part of having a successful 8 weeks!) was to make a meal prep chart. For those who are doing the challenge, you may have noticed that the SELF meal plan is different from the TIU meal plan, so I'm actually going to pick and choose from both meal plans to mix it up.
