I always love a good smoothie bowl.  They're SO easy to make, and you can customize it and add whatever you want!  Since I just finished a yoga class and a sweaty HIIT routine, I needed a great autumn recovery meal.  This smoothie bowl comes from the Tone It Up recipe.  It's delicious!

For my toppings, I added:

  • hemp seeds
  • quinoa crisps
  • cocoa nibs
  • banana
  • pepitas

I think next time I will add a little more pumpkin puree because I'm obsessed with all things pumpkin!!
